Finally weighed in,got lots to lose and my body seems to be holding on to it more than it ever has. I always lost quite a bit more than this without trying hard. I have been wanting to be on the site more. Things have been crazy between starting school, sick kids, sick baby, husbands back going out, etc. It's been one of those times where I am finally coming out of the chaos! I've exercised twice in the last 3 days so for me that feels like a win. Plus a short walk with the kids today. I'll be trying to journal more often this next week as things have settled down!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you own a food scale? I found my portions were off before I started weighing my foods a few years ago

Keeping my food diary up to date helps me track what works and what doesn't. Of all the functions of this site, it's the one I find most important.
