Well, Thursdays are bad in two ways. Too much shopping, and too much food. I went into a Teavana store in the Mall, and became captivated. Started drinking all that tea, and they got me ALL set up. My wife is pretty pissed off with me. Oh well! My brother in law's wife fixed a huge turkey dinner for us. Also, had fresh strawberry pie, and caramel flan. Did I forget about my diet????? Well, have a happy National Dog Day, and spoil them today! Have a great Friday!

263.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb. Still to go: 3.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I want that woman's waist line don't need the boobs haha. If you blew the diet at least you enjoyed the food and you can start again tomorrow. Be sure to let us know when your surgery is so I can put you on my prayer list.

I was looking at the schedule calendar today. Two days in the hospital. Would like to do it middle of October. It was approved!

I'm having surgery too around October/November (I haven't got a date yet). I think I'll be in for about 3 days. We can moan about our surgeries together when we get out - lol!
