this is the 1st time in 2 yrs that i dont weight in on a monday. but hey better late than never. work has me so busy and Im still struggling BUT ive made some revelations. 1st off, ive lost track of who I want to be and realized that I know who I dont want to be. I dont want to be that fat person who is embarrassed to go to the Christmas party thats for sure or the fat co worker. I also learned I dont have time to do everything I want to like before so I need to prioritize and Ive decided to stop weight lifting for a while. Its too much on my plate. Im not stopping the gym, Im just not gonna lift for a while. Im going to focus on 30-60 min of cardio a day for 4-6 days a week until I can get back to my happy place, im guessing ill start back in October. I also gave in and bought some low carb bars and shakes.. Ive gotten my snacking at work in check, now its when I get home is when I want to eat snacks. Better a fart bar then a cookie I guess right? Whats the lesser of two evils. And I need to get back on track with the water. Ive slowed my water in take bc I dont want to have to go to the ladies every hour at work but hey, cares right? Today started off sh!tty with the cat puking in my office and me not wanting to wake up but I strolled my butt outta bed, went to the store then hit the park for a brisk walk and I remembered how much I love that park so Imma walk 2 days a week at the park now that its not africa hot any more or raining.. bottom line.. spending the next month taking it back to basics and kinda going back to what got me started in the 1st place two years ago.. no shame in downsizing as long as I dont quit..
190.0 lb Lost so far: 116.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes! That is the key...we just keep moving forward no matter what...healthy lifestyle, big picture stuff so we don"t get stuck in the day to day...
