Oh well, ate too much drank too much even smoked too much did not exercise almost at all, and surely it all shows on the scale... but I feel great :) This reminds me again and again that I need to enjoy every day, savor every bite and laugh out every sip with friends and not worry too much.... Perhaps I'll be back and reduce calorie intake and increase exercise... perhaps.
