I had my maintenance check in yesterday evening and I am happy about my results and trying hard not to focus on the scale numbers so much because my other numbers are fantastic!

BMI
Muscle Mass is up considerably since last month it is 29.6 up from 27
Fat Mass is down considerably since last month as well.

Goal is to keep on lifting weights 3-4 times a week
Continue to walk 10-12K a day and build it up to 15K by October.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
