after a week of vacation and only being sb reasonably well...i cannot complain
176.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

so yesterday we spread 10 tons of gravel and forgot to eat...lol b - none, 12 oz choc milk s - none l - ww wrap with pastromi, lettuse, pickles, cheese and canola mayo s - none d - porks baked with apples and spices, winter butternut squash (yuk, almost), and red beans with rice, 1 glass of wine... d - fudgesicle... will try to do better today...
