Having to wean myself back from the 3 day food orgy. I have to work tomorrow so that will get me away from the rest of the leftovers. Need to ask DH if he'll please keep the chocolate in the garage.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Just be sure he puts it into a metal container (!!!). Lots and lots of water and push the protein....at least that's the prescription I'm following myself. Getting back into a routine actually feels pretty good, doesn't it?

I am sooo looking forward to getting off this merry go round of too much food...watch out 30th of Dec...Bren is going to quit and start with the good stuff....I have missed you so...LOL..have a great day my friend...:O)

Put the chocolate in the garage in a metal container with a mouse trap on top LOL..

Sandy - YES, I'm almost looking forward to work tomorrow. BTW, I took out all the chocolate and he just gave the Peanut M & M's to a friend to take home - so that is a start. And YES to the protein - will worry about the calories at some other point.

Bren - I had to quit at midnight last night. Couldn't go through this withdrawal at work tomorrow.

OMG we all have been binging and wasn't it grand ... at the time? I am weaning myself away too. Hubby bought a bag of Hersheys chocolate nougats, and I ate halfe a bag in one sitting. It was a small bag, but he ate the rest .... he and I both need our heads examined. LOL! He ate a whole loaf of Italian bread by himself. I didn't touch it.. but I did eat pie with crust and his Sausage Rolls. I have a pie crust weakness. Once that is gone... YEHAW! (Not many potatoes left) The "bad" leftovers are almost all gone. What's left... he can have. I feel like such a glutten. (Don't tell me where you live, I might be the one that gets into your chocolate in the garage and not a rat. LOL!)

Glad I'm not the only one to blow three days,back on track started on monday.This withdrawl from sugar and carbs is killing me though.i will make it though!
