Let's try this again, starting today.
400 calories every 3-4 hours
40 carbs or less per meal
40 minute exercise 4× per week
Food & exercise journal
2 cheat meals per week

194.6 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
