I knew I would be up some today. I believe I recorded that thought last night. I could already feel the bloat. Oh well, that just means that this week should be better for my loss. I'm still down 4 pounds this week, so guess who isn't kicking herself too hard?
313.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
