188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG - I am cutting at the moment - low carb (under 30 grams total) and around 1250 calories a day...calipers will be presented by the trainer on August 19th - then hell may break loose!
