I've been sticking to my diet eating healthy foods and staying away from salt & processed food. ive ate Multigrain Cheerios everyday for like 2 weeks now... still not sick of them, i think i actually like them more now.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
