I was up to 183 when I went to the doc. I know that I had clothes on but I don't want to take off all that I worked on for the last 6 mos.
After Christmas, I will be 100% commeted again. I already know I can do it when I use the F/C team and recipes and track what I eat.
I just don't have the desire or dis. to do it now.
