Sticking with the recording again. It feels good to begin again and really feel motivated this time. I know there will be times when it feels like work, but that passes. I kind of like the routine of recording just now and will work on noticing other feelings about it as they come up instead of caving in to the desire to ignore the importance of tracking intake and exercise. J
214.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
