If you look at my graph you'll see I finally lost those 2 Chex Mix pounds. Took one day to gain and three days to lose.

Now, If I can just stay this weight until New Year's I'll consider it a victory!

Hope you all are ready for the Holidays!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am with you on this one. I thought about not even weighing again until the 2nd. But if I don't I will be more apt to do something I'll regret. If I weigh every day it keeps me honest :)

I am done with ChexMix - though I did like it I can't have starch anymore so it isn't worth it and its full of salt so it isn't good for someone anyway, so you are better off w/o it.

Buffy, it must feel great to see that graph bending back down. Good work getting rid of the effects of the Chex Mix. I know you'll be able to make it through the holidays into the New Year with consistency in your plan.

WTG on the loss of "chex mix" weight! YEHAW!! I have to lose my "brownie" weight too! .... and my "mixed nuts" weight. .... and my "ice cream" weight. .... Okay so I start ALL OVER again the first of the year... I might have "just eaten too much" weight!!. (They don't feed us that well in the nursing home.) ;)

Hey Buffy - I'm weighing myself everyday, but not recording it, as it is up and down like a yoyo (remember if you eat food that is heavier than you would normally eat, you will literally be heavier for a few days, until it works it way through your system and out again - so the day to day readings are not really true). Enjoy this time and we are back full steam in the new year - did you join the Big Losers challenge?
