OK - today is the day I am back on my sugar free for maitainance. Hopefully will be good through the holidays. I am going to try to increase my Sugar enough to accomadate fruit & juices. I so love my tomatos.
I actually got down to less than 170# after surgery - but considering I ate very little....
I am still eating less at meals but eating sugar - Christmas sugar cookies are my downfall. But no more - gonna save them for a party and the holiday for the kids.
New will be trying salad - raw veggies have gone down well - now for the lettuce.
Size 14 - hope this is a transient stop on my way to a 10-12.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
