grilled eggs(3) sauteed onions and peppers with ham and mushrooms. dinner was yogurt wendys grilled chicken w cheese, no mayo. dont remember lunch.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
