Down a little bit. 79.38 Kg. I hadn't checked my weight in kilos for a while. I passed the 80 kilo mark at 176.4 lbs; so not far back.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 162.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
