Uh oh. The hot weather equals ice cream nights which equals extra pounds this summer. What a waste of all the extra exercise I'm doing. I hit 130 yesterday and will be back on all-green lunches. I'm also going to try quitting coffee for a bit. I don't think that impacts weight, but I know I'll be glad I did.
