And thats how you do that!!! Back on track and feeling better.
I'm thinking of doing a detox on Saturday or Sundays haven't decided which day yet. but again i feel better and i'm not as bloated and feel like i'm doing it right this time.

going for a walk tonight even though my ankle is still injured from may!!!
I really think it was fracture but they still claimed they didnt see anything on the xray back in may.when i were my flat dress shoes my foot swells so bad but if i wearing my tennis shoes its only at the ankle itself and the it feels better so not sure what is going on but i'm going to walk this evening after dinner until my ankle starts to hurt dont want to do too much too soon.
