Down about half a pound this morning. Another step forward. BMI now 25.1.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 161.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! 25.1. I'm still at 40, but I'm working at it. Congrats. You have lost an AMAZING amount of weight and you are SO CLOSE!!!

It is a matter of keeping my mind focused on two things: (1) getting better; (2) my goal. I can, and will, do both. My body is focused on healing, so its energy is concentrated on repairing the damage done by the surgery I underwent. The result is that I'm continuing to lose weight. I have to watch that very carefully.
