Ugh! Up 2 lbs in 2 weeks. No excuse except I am so weak sometimes. Away from home part of the time and had grandkids staying with us the rest. Lost my mojo, gotta get busy and hunt for it! It's a new week, best of luck to all of us. Missed you guys!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Hang in there, I feel your pain, I love sweets and am an avid late night snacker. Try Dandelion Tea, it works and tastes pretty good without honey or any sweetener. I am starting over myself, after gaining 27 of the 40 lbs I lost two years ago. Just do your best, that is all you can do.

A couple of pounds is fine. That will go so quickly, probably mostly excess water anyway!

Summer is the hardest season for me. Somehow, the willpower to stay disciplined weakens. 2 pounds is not a sign of weakness, lady...
