newnormal's Journal, 18 July 2016

Starting my morning with coffee at my table (cheers) and it's already super-humid out at 630am. Should be a fun day for my AC.

Up 4, about what I figured for the three days. Mostly ate the right foods (well Friday and Saturday I did lol) but had a couple treats in there. Back on track today and it'll settle down. This afternoon traveling to Tampa for the work seminar tomorrow. It'll probably be toward end of week before it really starts coming off (2 hr trip one way and sitting half the day tomorrow).

So today I join my friend Red in trenching in and getting ready to kick some serious butt this week on the weigh in front.

Anybody seen that Whoosh Fairy??? We have a date...
180.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
