Fledgist's Journal, 16 December 2011

Down some more this morning. Below the previous low, so I've now shed all the excess water I've gained in hospital and am back to reducing. Of course, with my energy focused on healing, I'm probably going to drop a few extra pounds over the next couple of weeks. BMI is now 25.2, still overweight.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 161.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
