I'm dancing with you! Well done! So, why have you stalled so long?

King, I'm not sure. My shape has been changing the whole time because I can wear size 20 pants now and I couldn't 8 weeks ago when it started getting cold. I have 20s and 24s (no 22s), all hand-me-downs from friends who are also losing. The 24s fell off my butt, but the 20s were just a smidge too tight to be comfortable. I'm able to wear them comfortably now even though I hadn't lost another ounce. I think it may have been, as I said, I wasn't actually taking pen in hand and writing it down. It's easy to take "tastes" that don't make it into your diet calendar if you aren't constantly conscious of it. I think physically writing it down rewires the brain to be more observant. I hope this is just the beginning of the next 80 lbs!

I am so happy for you Johanne. I know it's frustrationg to be in a long stall as you have been. Writing down everything is working for you. I think I'll start drinking green tea, have plenty around, just never think of fixing it. Water has been a problem lately, maybe the tea will make it more appealing. Happy dancing with you. ♫ ♫

Thanks Gigi. It didn't move far, but it MOVED. The green tea thing works. I'm just not crazy about tea. I'm doing it though. Hot tea of any kind is good for you.
