I had forgotten how much I liked MIMs! I hadn't had one in forever and certainly not since I recommitted to low carb in January. I just had the basic one, but it really hit the spot sliced with real butter. TMI but I kind of needed the fiber as well since getting back home from travelling! LOL I am going to try adding extras like blueberries and different extracts for a variety of flavors. I am hoping to get my bf to enjoy them as well.
