Day 2 of depletion. Not feeling too bad. Reading a lot about this idea. Wondering if carb-backloading wouldn't work as well. On I go.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
