Low carb, high fat. Keeping calories under 1500. Slow going.
228.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

it takes a little to kick in. I keep my net carbs under 20g. calories have been under 1350. avacados help a lot . stay on track. give it some time :)

1 pound? MOST likely water. Actually I can pretty surely say its water. Do exactly what Hunter suggests though. She knows what she is talking about. Trust me.

#Dee YES, that would be awesome. I like your low cal during the week and higher on weekends. I can get into that. Currently, am 20 carbs or less and 1300-1500 calories. I IF every night from 10pm to 3pm.

Deb, I eat only veggies and fruit during the week. I eat some meat on the weekend. I have lost 15% of my body weight by doing this. My energy level did not suffer because of the reduced meat intake.

lohunter, I just left a fruit diet. I only maintained I didn't lose at all.. I loved the diet, but couldn't stay on it.

LCHF & <1500cal... I agree with knuckles, probably water. Seems like you are on perfect track though.

I heard if you only eat the fruit in the AM and vegies in the PM (after noon) that is suppose to help. Haven't done it though, I like my strawberries in the evening.
