Okay I'm just down a little, 2/10th of a pound -- but it's the Holidays and I've been pretty good! Hopefully I can maintain this for next Wednesday - lots of parties coming up and family coming in for the Holidays.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
