Typical holiday weekend. Saturday was spent all day just snacking. No real meal to speak of, just a bunch of snacks...Stiff and sore from BBall Fri so no activity Sat AM. Sunday went paintballing all day.. left early, no breakfast. However grabbed a couple of donuts and coffee on the way. No water till afternoon so late in the day was cramping on the course and play started to degrade into me limping around and drinking water to recover. Bad sight..Grabbed a late lunch at a deli. Stayed away from chips, but i broke down on soda and a Sub on rye..

Stiff and sore the rest of the evening..Need to start hitting jacuzzi on Sundays..
301.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
