Ok, no 3 day egg challenge, but I"m on day 2 of my 3 day diet one. I'll repeat this on Monday for the challenge I put here. Over the weekend I'm going to do some recipes from the egg challenge one. There are some good recipes and want to have the time to make them and savor them!
Today was a challenging day, I had a 'mini melt down', I just get so frustrated at work sometimes. I don't want to get into it, but I really am not happy. I need to figure some stuff out and go from there. Sometimes, I feel some of my issues are small compared to others but still they are causing me to feel stagnant and at a cross roads but with no where to go. I just am not happy where I am right now and I do not see anyway out. Oh well, sorry to be a downer but that is the way of my life right now. I'm up/down & all around.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
