I was able to weigh in at home before I left on vacation so this is really from yesterday. Solidly in the 190's at last. Trying to stay on plan while on vacation. So far so good. Going to the grocery store today to stock up on good stuff and so I don't go out to eat much. There's a crepe cafe taunting me down the road. I may see if they have a low carb version.
