I've started the 3 day egg diet yesterday but today I decided to go back to my other 3 day diet and keep the egg one for over the weekend when my resistance is low and the wonderful egg recipes might help curb the cravings. Thank you for the good ideas and I will let you know how it goes :-)
I did gain a couple from the weekend, oh well I should be use to that, my weight goes up and down daily, but at least I feel good and I didn't overdo it at the cookout, just after! BUT I put myself in check yesterday and will also be good today, ONE DAY AT A TIME!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
