Cold week. No workouts in the am. Walking the treadmill this week and a good hour of ball. Need more trail work next week and more time in gym.

Eating still not disciplined and "eating out" is a killer. had Fuddruckers, McDonalds, and
302.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
