I am so hungry today! I am already eating my lunch salad and it is only 10:30!
216.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I believe true hunger is a signal of super fatburning. Go with it, if possible.

I've had days like that. I've noticed it happens more when I'm thinking a lot. Don't fret though! How did the rest of your day go? I noticed this was posted 4 hrs ago.

I toughed it out and didn't get to eat dinner until nearly 8. I had to mow after work, so dinner was delayed. I made it and I like what warrenwinter said - that is when true fat burning begins! Thanks Warren!!

Ohhh I've had those days. Glad you made it! Someone's I get some caffeine free diet soda and chugg, or lots of water. I've found if I hold off eating early I can make it but if I give in early, I totally blow it. You won!
