Firelair's Journal, 04 December 2011

When I made a forum comment, I realized that I have to lose a minimum of 10 lbs for the month of December to be on schedule for the mini goals I have for myself (lose 2lbs per week, as shown in my sig), since I slacked during the month of November! I sure am hoping I can do it! And if I lose 12 this month, on or before New Years, it would give me the opportunity to say "I have lost 50 lbs over the course of 2011!" I sure do want that honor! ^^

Currently feeling: A headache coming on, so I'm sitting down with a cup of honey-chamomile tea and just ate a delicious egg salad sandwich! Hope that will quell the headache from coming on (in addition to the 2 Tylenol I took when I got home from work!) Getting ready to (hopefully) finish up my Bio Lab Report, which will be two things off of my plate, since I finished my Humanities paper yesterday, YAY!
Overall throughout the day: Was a wonderful day! Worked my little butt off and got a chance to talk to all of the ladies I love to work with before I left (it isn't common for everyone to be scheduled the same day! So I took a picture to remember them all, as a momento for when I move on to the new job). =)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now, there's a good reason to stay on target! I'm right there with you - I feel that I am not moving fast enough either AND I messed it up this weekend! No regrets though. We'll make it soon enough. :)

Go girl..... What an achievement that would be. I am sure it will not be easy, with all the "festive spirit" flying about. Have you got a "special" outfit - or could you reward yourself one, for IF you achieve it... Maybe something you can wear on New Years Eve. I'm sure that will be a motivation. :-)

Seems like it's taking forever, and makes me wonder if I've plateaued or if it's just bad decisions that are getting in the way...but I like your idea for "thinspiration" Sk1nny! Might have to do that! ;)
