Lots of good and bad during the week. Still trying to get back into some decent healthy habits after the holidays. I was really bad Friday. During the week I had some issues with snacking too much in the evenings. The exercise part is going good. On the weekend I got a cold and my taste buds are really off and my head feels enormous. I guess it could be worse. It is mostly a runny nose. Hope to do better this week. I did lose a couple pounds which is a excellent.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it's easy to catch a cold these days, the "warm" weather makes us not getting dressed enough... I hope it won't last (your cold, not the warm weather lol!) and you feel better soon. you already started to lose the holiday gain, Good job! I'm sure the rest will come of in no time. I know what you're talking about with the evening snacks. for me part of the problem is because I don't want to eat too much for supper and then I get hungry around 9 or 10 pm. if i don't go to bed, I start eating anything I can find. I have to work on this... Have a good day!
