I lost a half a pound and I am thrilled! It has been two weeks since I started Fat Secreat and I have lost 5 pounds! But more importantly, I'm not thinking of this as a diet this time but a way of eating for life. It has been fun to see how much food I can eat for around 20 points a day. The best part is I feel more in control of my eating which transfers to all parts of my life. I love feeling more energetic and getting more projects done around the house instead of being such a couch potato.

I'm planning some meals for the week this morning; making some things for my husband to have for lunch each day - it's rough when the cafe is closed in a small town - but they have some promosing applicants to manage the community cafe so hopefully it won't be too long before it is back in business. Also, making some chicken white chili and taking inventory of leftovers I've frozen to bring for my lunch this week.

Looking forward to going to Yankton later and taking some pictures of the frost, hopefully some eagles by the dam, and snow shoeing.

Then have a nursing home board meeting tonight. And I need to get my book read "The Childrens' Blizzard for book club on Thursday night! I beeter get busy and off the computer!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
