So I yo-yo all over the place between 245 and 250, some mornings even over 250 but I'd rather not talk about those. Basically I've been weighing in every time I see a new low number on the scale. Since it's getting hot and I'm doing more outside I hope my fluid intake is the majority of the yo-yo. I've really cut down on the eating out and when I do of late it is usually a salad or Ruby Tuesday salad bar. I try to stay away from the pasta salad but it so screams my name sometimes.
