Only lost 5 pounds this month - the only good thing about that is that I didn't gain weight - get more focused on starting to exercise a few time a week - 2250 calories until January 1st
2013 - new goal for this month is to loss 10 pounds.
435.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
