Day 6 - Sticking to routine - 30 day shred and ab workout everyday. Journaling my food. Have Saturday and Sunday off - can't wait to relax. Hoping to go running - couldn't fit it in this week yet.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 181.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
