Haven't weighed in recently. Ashamed I gained over 3 lbs. But I'm back and lost hose 3 lbs. Chritmas is getting close and I still have that goal - 7 more lbs
157.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
