doing reasonably well on diet, ate a bunch on Thanksgiving went up to 314 the following day. Worked up to 30 minutes on the eliptical machine for two sessions now, one yesterday and one last Friday.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 162.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
