Thankfully, even with a few days of not tracking what I ate carefully and not getting as much exercise I did not gain. Back on track now and will be sure to do cardio tonight.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
