Day 5, woke up with a headache, still not playing. Took the ibuprofen and my cup of coffee. It worked well yesterday, will kick its butt today too. Got way too much to do to deal with a headache. I'm grateful I'm not trying to do this without coffee though. Been there, NOT a good thing.

Almost time to go grocery shopping again. Didn't do the pickups I had thought but had plenty so far this week and haven't cheated. Had the urge one night for canned oranges but (lucky for me at that moment) they were gone. I sucked it up and went on. Since then, no cravings so I'm pretty happy with it. Soon the clothes will fit more comfortably (already better but not as good as they will be in 2-3 lbs.). NSVs are at least as important as the scale ones. It just takes longer for them to show up.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am a long term headache sufferer as well. I always think cold things like slurpees/slushies help as well as chewing gum.
