disguested gooooood friday morning..didnt even want to report what the scales said..even though it wasnt bad..wasnt happy with no loss..you would think after all of these years of being in this lifestyle..that i would be use to fighting with the scales on days when it should be tellin me each morning that ive lost..but it never is easy to see no loss..especially when your expecting to see one..my plans yesterday besides cooking chicken in crock pot was to get outside an do some yard work but rain set in about nineish an rained till noon..and by then everything was to wet to mess with..as i layed in bed this morning i had the same plan..but after getting up and lookin on weather site...same outlook today..its rainin outside as i type...geez..so todays plan is to get tires on bike aired up..as it has been warmer in the mornings when its not raining..an get on that bike..being a few pounds heavier an do short rides just to get some kind of exercise...im sure the exercise would be good..would make my body wonder what the heck is he thinkin..lest i would get outta the house and maybe the scales would have to show a loss for a change..hahaha..well enough of my feelin bad cause the scales told me the truth once again today...so time to get up an go make the tea..get this day started once again...an look outside at the rain comin down again..have a great one everyone..

the bigger picture i should of been lookin at..tomorrow will be one month with a loss of 10 pounds so far..
