So apparently quick weight gain is possible when I'm not watching what I eat! But that's okay. Not that I'm happy about it, but I'm not stressed, it's just my new starting point!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   gaining 4.6 lb a week

You know exactly what to do and will be back on track. I don't know about you but I know in my past that would have completely sabotaged me to gain another 20lbs then be back to square one. But as us FS buddies know we now don't stress (well not too much te he) but we just get back to it......
