Well the holiday is over here and I am beginning back on my diet. Only gained 3 lbs. during the holiday but I also noticed I felt bad most of the time because of what I ate. Hope everyone had a good holiday filled with family and friends.

257.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 107.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
