worked early. home now and tired. so glad to sit down and relax. back on my normal eating plan after yesterday. i had a slight headache today and think it was probably something i ate yesterday that i dont normally. However, i have no idea what it might be since i ate quite a few things i dont normally eat.

bought some edamame to try! i bought it frozen and it is supposed to be steamed. I sure hope i like it because it is good for protein.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
