fasting gooooooood mornin.. lessons learned from fasting..i started my fast friday afternoon at 130pm..got up yesterday morning thinkin..already have a good start on a fast..might as well do a 24...i get up at 4am most mornings..i got up weighed in scales was smilin..was happy cause i wasnt gonna have to talk bad to the scales..i went in had my cup of tea and while i was drinkin it..thought hmmmm i need to get the crock out an do some chicken breasts..didnt think to much about it..had set them out the night before to thaw..set it all up...and continued with my fasting..about 830..kitchen started smelling really good...i was thinkin about jeff foxworthy an heres your sign...not a good idea to be cookin in crock pot on days when your doing a 24 hour fast...well..at 930 i went in to take the chicken out an let crock cool off so i could clean it..mmmmm it was smellin goood..decided to go ahead an make up my salad for later if i got hungry..at that time even around the food i wasnt hungry..went back into the living room an continued on my path to a 24 hour fast..i made it to 1230pm..an i seen my sign....dont do a fast on the day you need to cook...hahahah...did 23 and today the scales are happy with me once again..have a great day today everyone...
328.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes that is showing what i call keto control...it really does work that way and still a great weight loss to show. congratulations to you... I started to do a Fast every Wednesday from Tue nite supper to Thur morning breakfast...works for me.

The smells of cooking are most definitely a hunger trigger! Great work on the successful fast...cuz 23 STILL counts :)

Be careful you cannot go no carbs because the body needs them. Secondly, I was where you are now weight wise I think it's important to think long term Especially if you're looking to get into the low 200s Plus that gives you the best bet to allow your Excess skin to keep up with you. Remember there are no real Experts here most of the info is from personal experience and what works for one might be very bad for someone else, but welcome aboard

at this point of the plan im waiting on nicer weather so i can start riding my road bike an i know i will have to increase carbs alittle..but not so much that it affects the flab from comin off
