I slacked for the holiday..just need to get back on track... exactly a month ago i was at 105..I changed my start weight to 109, but couldn't figure out how to change my start date to today.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
